Zinier website redesign & Marketing Materials
Client: Zinier
My role: Visual Designer
Year: 2020
Zinier helps field service organizations use AI-driven automation to drive productivity, increase visibility into the field, fix things before they break, and deliver better customer experiences.
As a Visual Designer, I redesigned and helped in launching a new version of the company's website. I also designed dozens of social media ad campaigns that brought leads to the Sales Team.
Zinier Website
Understanding the problem
I first identified all the issues the marketing team had with the previous website version. I learned from content managers that there was little room for the content area due to the spacious left and right margins. Because of the small content area, the web pages became too long.
This scenario forced potential users to scroll more and could cause cognitive overload issues. I also discovered that the website users were struggling with separating one module of information from another due to the lack of visual cues.
Goals
For Zinier's website redesign, my goal was to create a seamless, visually engaging experience that effectively communicates the company's AI-driven field service solutions. I restructured the navigation for intuitive access to key information, optimized pages for lead generation, and ensured a consistent, professional brand aesthetic. By enhancing mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance, the redesigned site now offers a more inclusive experience, supports SEO, and positions Zinier as a thought leader in field service automation, resulting in higher engagement and improved lead flow for the sales team.
Hi-fidelity design
Nowadays, web presence is everything. Once on the web, a great design is only as great as its function.
Following the brand guidelines, I've created a new bold look and feel for the Zinier website and added visual cues that help users with navigation on the website.
By redesigning Zinier's website, I created a streamlined and visually engaging layout that simplifies complex product information, making it easier for users to understand the value of Zinier’s AI-driven solutions. This design not only enhances user comprehension but also strategically guides visitors toward conversion points, encouraging them to engage with the SDR team for further inquiries.
Part of my process was making sure that the website was ready for Zinier potential customers and visitors. Bold and abstract imagery helps to hold users' attention and stand out from competitors' websites.
I tried to push beyond the traditional style while achieving a professional look and feel of the website.
To explain the usage of an AI in the Zinier app, I created simple product To clarify the role of AI within the Zinier app, I designed straightforward product illustrations that engage potential customers and enhance their understanding of the app’s capabilities. These visuals make complex concepts more accessible, keeping users interested and informed as they explore Zinier’s offerings.
To streamline customer outreach to the Sales team, I designed a sticky contact form that stays accessible as users browse, allowing quick, seamless communication without leaving the page. Additionally, I enabled easy customization of form fields for the Demand Gen team, empowering them to capture specific information from potential leads as needed.
Marketing Collateral
To elevate Zinier's brand presence and reinforce its vision, I applied a fresh brand strategy across all marketing channels, enhancing recognizability and consistency. My role involved designing high-quality, innovative collateral that reflected Zinier’s core values, from e-books and brochures to LinkedIn ads and more. By creating cohesive templates for both digital and print assets, I ensured that each marketing piece was aligned with the brand’s personality, driving a unified look and feel that strengthened Zinier’s identity and resonated with its audience.
Events
In January 2020, Zinier hosted a Sales Kick-Off event at the Hyatt Regency near San Francisco Airport to celebrate past achievements and set new goals with the regional sales teams. This event was an important moment for the company to align and energize teams around upcoming objectives.
As part of this initiative, I was responsible for designing the on-brand entrance and product banners that welcomed attendees and reinforced Zinier’s identity throughout the event space. These visuals were crafted to create a cohesive and professional atmosphere, ensuring that every attendee felt immersed in the Zinier brand from the moment they arrived.
